Optimized Ashwagandha is a supplement using Sensoril® ashwagandha extract, which is standardized for potency. Each capsule delivers 125 mg of this extract (root + leaves). The recommended dose is one capsule twice daily (so total ~250 mg/day) on an empty stomach, unless directed otherwise.
