They’re cleaned, de-hulled, and then heated to produce an enzyme-stabilized oat groats – perfect for your consumption any time of the day!

Directions: Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Dan-D Pak™ Rolled Oats, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place. As long as they're stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, most oats should last one to two years before they start to turn funky.

Rich in Nutrients: Rolled oats are packed with essential vitamins and minerals, such as manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, and folate. They also contain a variety of B vitamins, especially B1 (thiamine), which supports energy production and brain function.

High in Fiber: Oats are an excellent source of dietary fiber, particularly soluble fiber called beta-glucan. This fiber helps to regulate digestion, prevent constipation, and keep you feeling full longer. It also supports gut health by promoting the growth of good bacteria.

Heart Health: The soluble fiber in oats can help lower cholesterol levels, particularly LDL ("bad" cholesterol). Regular consumption of oats is linked to a reduced risk of heart disease due to their ability to improve lipid profiles and reduce inflammation.

Weight Management: The fiber and protein content of rolled oats can help with appetite control, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight. It can reduce hunger and prevent overeating by promoting a feeling of fullness.

Blood Sugar Control: Oats have a low glycemic index, meaning they have a slower, more gradual effect on blood sugar levels. This makes them a good option for people with diabetes or those trying to maintain steady blood sugar levels.

Antioxidant Properties: Oats contain avenanthramides, unique antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties and may help protect the heart. These antioxidants also help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.

Skin Health: Oats have long been used in skincare for their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. When consumed regularly, they can promote healthy skin by reducing inflammation and irritation.
