Niacinamide (Vitamin B-3) is a form of Niacin, a water soluble B-Vitamin. It is a derivative of Niacin that does not cause the "flush" normally associated with taking high doses of Niacin. Niacinamide is readily converted into the bioactive forms of Niacin, NAD+, NADH, NADP, and NADPH, which are vital cofactors in cellular energy production and are critical for the maintenance of DNA stability.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

1. **Skin Health:**

- Niacinamide is often praised for its benefits to the skin. It may help improve the overall texture of the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and promote a more youthful appearance. It is known to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be beneficial for conditions like acne.

2. **Hyperpigmentation Reduction:**

- Niacinamide is believed to have a brightening effect on the skin and may help reduce hyperpigmentation and dark spots. It can inhibit the transfer of melanin to skin cells, leading to a more even skin tone.

3. **Skin Barrier Function:**

- Niacinamide supports the skin's natural barrier function. It helps in maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier, which is essential for preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from environmental irritants.

4. **Anti-Inflammatory Effects:**

- Niacinamide has anti-inflammatory properties that may be beneficial for inflammatory skin conditions. It can help soothe irritated skin and reduce redness.

5. **Supports Joint Health:**

- Niacinamide plays a role in joint health by supporting the production of joint-lubricating synovial fluid. It may be beneficial for individuals experiencing joint discomfort.

6. **Energy Metabolism:**

- As part of the B-vitamin complex, niacinamide is involved in the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. It helps convert food into energy, supporting overall energy production in the body.

7. **Neurological Function:**

- Vitamin B3, including niacinamide, is essential for proper neurological function.

8. **Cardiovascular Health:**

- Niacinamide is associated with supporting cardiovascular health.

9. **Antioxidant Properties:**

- Niacinamide acts as an antioxidant, helping to neutralize free radicals in the body.

10. **Reduction of Migraine Symptoms:**

- Some studies suggest that high-dose niacinamide supplementation may have a positive impact on reducing the frequency and severity of migraine headaches.
